Embodied Intuition: A Path To Aligned Intuitive Living
How to weave intuitive clarity into your daily life without the added stress

I’m so excited to be writing to you here today with some great practices on embodying intuition. I’m gonna be fully honest, I’ve been deeply immersed in this work for weeks as I recorded, edited, and offered my new course Embodied Intuition: Daily Rituals for Intuitive Living. It’s been a reflective journey, one where I’ve had to take a very clear spiritual inventory of my own life, habits, and lessons. How It All Started
I spent years trying to understand what was happening in my life, swimming around trying to find my way to the surface when I always felt so completely underwater. As I was going through a 5 year spiritual awakening that held grief, release, reshaping my beliefs, and a foray into this beautiful work, I also struggled to find the information I needed to help me along the way. I needed that helping hand who would pull me up for air. I went to sound healing, reiki, MBSR, hired many coaches, and spent many evenings with a variety of therapists. When you add in meditation, acupuncture, and studying new healing modalities it felt like… A LOT. While each of these teachers helped me immensely along the way, I struggled to have the foundational knowledge of tuning into myself, to being embodied and grounded in this experience.
I was in a phase of life when I was feeling all of the synchronicities and downloads of my intuitive senses, but really had no way to know if it was normal and also…was I okay?
So today I’m here to tell you that yes, it is absolutely normal. In fact it’s part of our inherent human experience to awaken all of our senses and allow this beautiful receptivity to flow into our life. It’s part of breaking free from a life prescribed to a life explored, it’s part of returning home to yourself.

Embodied Intuition Practices
While I love a good listicle as much as anyone, the practical breakdown of information to help support the changes you are going through and easily reference, it is often too linear for the spiritual support and guidance work I do. So here’s what I’ll say, read these practices, tune into your body, let yourself feel which are most aligned for you, and start there. There is no prescribed way to do this, life isn’t linear, so you get to choose your adventure, with a little help from your spirit guides along the way.
Attunement Exercises
Attunement exercises are daily rituals that help you reclaim your inner knowing and walk home to yourself. Attunement, as I define it, is being in harmony with one’s own emotions and energetic senses. When we are attuned to our energy and the energy of the world around us, we find ourselves receiving information that logically we may not understand, but fundamentally know to be helpful and true. This information informs so much of what we feel, how we pick up on others energy, and why we might be guided toward and away from certain things, people, and experiences
The Intuitive Body Scan
You might have heard of traditional body scans that take you from the top of your head down to your feet or the reverse of that. But hear me out, have you tried a free flow body scan, the kind where you meander through your body with no set expectations or amount of time and just sense into the areas that are calling to you. I call this the intuitive body scan, allowing your intuition to guide you. As you flow into these areas you can ask your team of light and body, ‘help guide me to the areas that need my attention and allow me to understand what my body is asking of me’. As you flow this through and notice things say ‘thank you for showing me this, I receive it’
Directed Breathing
Directed breathing is exactly like it sounds, coming back to our breath and directing our breath into areas of our body that need it most. Depending on what you are moving through in life you can direct your breath into your heart space for love and receptivity, third eye for intuitive activation, or the sacral chakra for creativity. So what do you do? Breathe deeply in through your nose and visualize your breath being directed into a place in your body that you feel needs more support. That’s it, it’s that wonderfully easy. A daily practice to keep you grounded and supported on your journey.
Sensory Awareness Practice
Here we quickly tune into the body. Think of a time you had a clear message that you knew without a doubt was meant for you, but you didn’t have a logical explanation. How did this message show up for you, how did your body respond? When you become aware of the sensory messages gifted to you by your body, whether it’s through taps, chills, goosebumps, a wave of love, an inner knowing, the feeling of being resolute, held, or supported, you tell your intuition you trust that guidance and are aware of the language being spoken.
Energy Boundaries
Energy boundaries are all about putting in place energetic boundaries the same way we would put emotional and physical boundaries in place. It’s a beautiful practice to bring into your day, takes just a few minutes, and allows you to lovingly support yourself.
Bubble up your energy
Before you leave the house or start your day, envision a bubble of source light flowing around you to create a protective layer. Imagine this light to be pure love, bright, and protective source light. You can envision this bubble throughout the day and hold it there whenever you need protection and support.
The energy shield
If you are in a challenging social encounter, especially places like crowded public events, work meetings, or in a tense situation (where you are physically safe of course) envision a shield of flowing source light between you and the person or people around you. Now imagine yourself being protected with this shield of light and filled with love and acceptance. I use this tool frequently when I come across someone whose energy I find challenging and truly don’t want to absorb or let into my space.
Energy Hygiene Practices
Clear your energy
Practice clearing your energy by flowing bright white source light through you and filling up your whole body. This is a daily practice for me that allows me to tend to my energy, embrace love, and clear any psychic debris that isn’t mine to carry.
Cleanse your space
I often do this with sage, palo santo, rose water, and energy practices, but you know which is a really easy one I don’t see talked about as much, clearing your space with the power of your words. For this you just speak your intention and love into each room, ask the energy of clarity to help you clear the space, and welcome in supportive energy instead. It can sound like this ‘I ask any unwanted or negative energies to clear the space, I call in supportive source light to fill this space and support me on my path’
Journal Prompts
Journal prompts are a beautiful way to reflect on what you are going through and to get in touch with intuition. I use this method as a way to engage in automatic writing, where the answers flow out from a more connected, divinely guided place, instead of a cerebral place. You can use these journal prompts to get in touch with your intuition and awaken your senses to the vast expanse of communication received in your daily life.
How does my body communicate intuitive messages to me?
When I look back on how I received intuitive messages, what were the main ways this information came to me?
What small intuitive nudges have I received in the past that I ignored? What would have happened if I trusted them?
How do I want to invite more intuitive trust into my daily life?
Affirmations Beyond ‘I Am’
Use these affirmations whenever you need them or create your own. When we speak words into existence they attract our lived reality. For example, using words like I feel, I see, I understand, I am guided, get us out of our root chakra of I am and into our other energy centers.
My energy is clear, protected, and open to divine guidance.
I trust my inner wisdom in all moments.
I am abundantly clear and trust my intuitive abilities as they guide me through life.
I feel a deep sense of clarity and knowing as I continue to ground myself through this process.
I understand that this process is an awakening shift and I am whole and loved exactly as I am.
As you move through these daily rituals, choose a few that feel aligned for you and weave them into your life. Start to tune in and give yourself space to connect with the language of intuition being spoken to you. You are an incredible source of knowing and love and no matter where you are in your journey or what you are going through, I hope this helps you feel a little bit more supported.
